Outside of the building undergoing reconstruction; I can't recall the style of artwork (it was said fast and the name was in Spanish) but the docent said the red paintwork has to be done at the same time as the wall covering, so they set and dry as one.

House of Representatives (we didn't get to see the Senate which was in session). The painting by Fernando Laroche represents the meeting between General Artigas and General Rondeau at the Cerrito during the second siege to the city of Montevideo in 1913.
